Liam Maguire’s Irish Pub (Falmouth)A clock on the wall behind the bar at this cherished downtown Falmouth pub counts down all year to one special date: St. Patrick’s Day. With an Irish flag proudly displayed outside and a menu crafted to fulfill your Irish Pub cuisine cravings, Liam Maguire’s offers your ticket to Ireland! Arrive hungry so you can enjoy both the Gaelic Poutine and Beef & Guinness Stew, then sip on an Irish coffee while listening to the best St. Patrick’s Day songs in this vibrant pub setting.

. Cape Cod St. Patrick’s Day Parade (Yarmouth, MA) Make a note for Saturday, March 8th, as the 20th Annual Cape Cod St. Patrick's Day Parade takes place in Yarmouth, beginning at 11 a.m. This much-anticipated tradition, one of the largest St. Patrick’s parades in Massachusetts, offers a grand display of green, spirited floats, lively bagpipers, and a festive atmosphere that embodies the essence of this Irish celebration. The parade turns Route 28 in Yarmouth into a lively showcase of creativity and enthusiasm. Numerous floats, passionately and meticulously crafted by local businesses and organizations, vie for prestigious awards in categories such as Most Whimsical, Best Representation of Parade Theme, and the coveted Most Spectacular. We all cherish the parade, but Cape Cod is well-acquainted with the influx of visitors for the holiday, offering plenty of activities and venues to keep the festivities going as long as possible.

The Emerald Resort - Cape Cod Irish Village (Hyannis)Their tagline is “A little bit of Ireland on Cape Cod,” which rings especially true each year around St. Patrick's Day. The Cape Cod Irish Village starts the festivities a week early (March 7-9) with their Cape Cod Irish Festival, which aligns with the Cape Cod St. Patrick's Parade. Experience live entertainment throughout the weekend, featuring music performances, Irish step dancers, comedians, and DJs. Tickets are available for purchase in advance or at the door, or you can opt for a weekend experience by booking their two-night getaway package, which includes festival admission.

Irish Fest at New Seabury Country Club (Mashpee)New Seabury Country Club will be host of the annual Irish Fest for Dana Farber on Saturday, March 8th from 2 to 7 pm. Alongside a cash bar and light snacks, the celebrations will feature bagpipers, Irish step dancers, and Irish music. The event, open to everyone, will have tickets available both online and at the entrance. All proceeds from the event will support the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s running program aimed at conquering cancer.

Scally's Irish Ale House (West Yarmouth)In Ireland, the village pub is where the community gathers, and Scally's Irish Ale House keeps those traditions alive as the quintessential Irish pub in the heart of downtown Yarmouth. The restaurant will paint itself green for St. Paddy's Day, with 30 beers on tap and a menu that features green-inspired dishes like Irish Poutine and Dublin Fried Chicken & Waffles.

Bobby Byrne’s (Mashpee and Hyannis)Uncover the storied history of the pub that celebrates language and artifacts at its two unique Cape Cod locations, both influenced by the Celtic Knot logo. Warm up with a Crock O’Gold French onion soup and celebrate the day with specials including Corned Beef & Cabbage, Irish Stew, and classic soup and sandwich combos, paired with a pint of Guinness.

Refresh your knowledge of traditional Irish drinking toasts and enjoy a glass of this charming local spot's Quahog Republic Golden Ale, which is even available in a green can. The specials menu will feature Irish classics, and a DJ spinning tracks on St. Patrick's Day evening will set the stage for plenty of revelry. Bring some gold coins for Keno and try your luck with a bit of Irish fortune while savoring the almond-crusted Fish & Chips.
